Bug fixes

Purchase Order List View: Once an allocation on a production order has been deleted against a component purchase order the production order number will no longer display in the purchase order list view

Production Order / Allocations: When available Inventory displays the colour by component ID also displays to help the user select the correct component to allocate by colour.
Production Order / Allocations/ Create Purchase Order: When ordering a graded component, the colour now displays as well as the size of the component to make it easier for the user to edit quantities correctly when required.
