New Functionality

[PLM-2167] Quick Quotes:
- Clients are now able to create Quick Quotes on existing or new styles for their customers. Each quote can have multiple versions/options to present to the customer for selection.
- Once created data can be selected from existing or manually entered to calculate selling prices for customers.
- Components will display if an existing style is selected. These can then be edited or deleted, any additional components can be selected from the library or manually entered.
- Selling Prices will calculate based on any costs pulling through from Settings / Quick Quotes these can then be manually adjusted if required before sharing with customers.
- A pdf can be created on each quote/variant.
[PLM-2170] Settings/Quick Quotes: To aid with speed costs can be set up against Duty and Freight to be applied automatically when selected on a Quick Quote. At Client level Mark Up and Get Up Costs (labels and packaging) can be set up which will apply when the Client, Department are selected. These can be edited on each quote/version as required.
[PLM-2176] Sales/Quick Quote: New List view displaying all quotes and versions created. This can be filtered and downloaded to csv as required.

[PLM-2228] Technology / Print pdf – Technologists now have the ability to print the machinist page from the Style.
