Bug fixes

[PLM-2577] Account Settings: User is unable to make changes to account settings.

[PLM-2206] Sales Report: Added new column ‘Total of Deliveries’ Changed ‘Order No’ column to read ‘Sales Order’.
[PLM-2516] Production Order: Docket pdf- Added additional column on components table ‘Qty Required’ so factories can see the amount of the component required to make the quantity with the specified consumption from the costing.
[PLM-2225] Production Processing: Book Out/Invoice Creation When creating an invoice with multiple deliveries the shipping details on the invoice displays for each delivery as the carrier/cartons etc may be different by colour/drop.

Two new standard daily reports.
Commitment Report:
- This report allows Clients to view all sales/production orders based on requirements. Determined by a selected timeframe, then using the Filters to return a graph and a table of data. The table can be downloaded to an Excel csv that can then be manipulated or shared via email.
Order Book:
- This report can be used by Clients to plan production and help financial planning.
View Sales / Production orders or Component Purchase Orders by a selected timeframe, then filtered as required to return a table of data that can be downloaded to an Excel csv file
