[PLM-2587] Commitment and Order Book Reports - Filters: When filters are selected all other filters retain until the reset button is applied.

[PLM-2567/8] Sales and Production Orders - Costings: Improvements to current functionality to allow users to add a value to duty percentage in the currency table if required. Additional row in costing summary for Import costs, which then will be apportioned against sales/production order per unit.
[PLM-2586,2569] Settings - Testing: Additional component tests added to the table to be used by Clients. Once a value is entered by supplier/test it will display to be added on the component purchase order or on the costing/component: Lead & Cadmium, Nickle Release, Phthalates, PAH, Due Diligence
