Improvements
[PLM-2623] Sales Quotes / Sales Order Costings:
- Duty and Clearance has been split from the currency conversion pop up box in costing page;
- New duty pop up box allows users to add duty and clearance values to component costs. These values will automatically display if duty and clearance values have been created in Setting / Financial COO. These values can be modified by the user if required;
- If Duty and Clearance % values are updated only new or edited costings will be updated with the new values;
- Duty and Clearance % values now display on costing page, so the user can see if this has been added to the component total row cost value.
Settings / Financial/ Country of Origin:
- Duty and Clearance % Values now are created and edited against Country of Origin.
Settings / Financial / Forex Rates:
- Only Currency inverse rates are now created and edited in the Forex Rate table. As before if an inverse rate is edited only new costings will be updated unless refreshed by the user;
- Once an inverse rate is created this table will now display the exchange rate for this currency;
- The Delete bin icon has been removed from the forex table.
[PLM-2646/2647] Settings/ Financial / Country of Origin:
- User has to double click on country required to add or remove from table. Only individual countries will be updated in the table.
[PLM-2644] Inventory / Purchase Orders:
- Duty and Clearance now has been removed from currency pop up and now has separate pop up so that it can be applied /edited to cost of component as required.
New Functionality
[PLM-2632] Sales Quotes / Sales Order / Costing pages page:
- Users can now convert a Selling Price created in the costing summary into another Currency;
- Once converted this selling price can be edited by the user if required;
- Currencies will only display that are set up in forex rate table in Settings/Financial;
- Any time the GBP Selling Price is modified the converted selling price will update;
- If inverse exchange rates are modified in settings only new costings will be updated unless refreshed by the user;
- Converted selling price displays on the sales order pdf.
[PLM-2637] Sales Quotes / Sales Orders:
- Converted Selling Prices display in the comparator table and CSV download.
