New Functionality
[PLM-231] Inventory/ Purchase Orders-Users now have the ability to transform components e.g. dyeing, printing greige fabric to be used against a production order
[PLM-2817] /PLM2875 Inventory/ Component Library Users can now view all transformed components linked to the Parent component (Greige) in the component library
[PLM-2818] Sales Quotes/ Costings Treatment costs can be added at costing stage to the Parent Component (Greige)
[PLM-2825] Settings / General/ Treatments- User can set up treatment types to be selected in costing page.
[PLM-2826] Inventory/Purchase Order/ Movements/ Options Once a book in has been made on the component a quantity can be selected to be transformed.
- A new child component will be created that is linked to the parent component
- The transformed component can only be created in the same ‘units’ and ‘per’ as the parent component e.g., per 1 m
- This will create a Purchase Order for the Supplier who is printing/dyeing the component.
- The transformed component can then be booked in and allocated against a production order
- If the quantity is amended on the transformed Purchase Order, it will be automatically reflected on the balance quantity on the original parent (greige) Purchase Order
- When creating a new transformed component, the user has the option to create a new child component or select an existing component already created
- PLM2909 Production Orders/ Allocations Error message displays when a user try’s to create a purchase order of a transformed component in the allocations page of a production order.
- The user can only create a purchase order for a transformed component on the Original Parent (greige) Purchase Order using the ‘Transform’ Option
