New Functionality
- [Inventory movements / Truck Routes & Truck Loading Lists] - Clients can apply a transfer and add inventory to a Truck that has been created with locations attached.
- [Truck Routes] - User can create Truck Routes with locations attached and frequency i.e., Weekly/Monthly/Once
- Truck Routes can be hidden if no longer relevant
- A List View of the Truck Routes created can be viewed
- [Truck Loading List] - A Truck can be created selecting a Truck Route and attributes added e.g., Reference
- From a Pending Transfer or a Transfer, Purchase Orders Inventory can be added to the Truck Loading List (TLL)
- Inventory that has been booked in and allocated needs to have the allocation deleted before it can be transferred and added to the TLL
- Any inventory added to the TLL can be deleted
- Notes can be created/edited against Inventory records
- Boxes can be added to the TLL with Inventory not managed in Xelacore added manually the user e.g. hangers, labels
- Users have short cuts from the Purchase Order to the TLL via transfer
- Users have short cuts to Purchase Orders and Production Orders associated from the TLL
- TLL can be filtered by location and a csv downloaded to email to the location receiving the goods
- A TLL can be deleted if there is no inventory attached
- Once a TLL has a ‘dispatched’ date captured the TLL is marked as completed and can no longer be edited
- A List View of all Trucks Created can be viewed
- Once a truck has been marked as despatched it will display in the ‘show completed’ list view and users can still view and download a csv
- [PLM-3054 Production Orders / Dockets] - User can now add ‘Goods Transferred Date’ when creating a docket or after the docket has been created. This can then be used in reporting for Inventory management.
- [PLM-3057 Sales Orders / Costing] - When creating a variant, the drop-down selection now shows the difference between planned (P) and actual (A) costings for selection
Bug fixes
- [PLM-3077 Production Orders / Components / Allocations] - Components must have a price in the costing tab to allow the user to associate in the components page and then allocate.
