Improvements and Bugs

[PLM-3068] Inventory Improvements - Lift restriction on transferring inventory that has been allocated. Users can now choose an allocation or available inventory to transfer to another location. The whole quantity of the allocation needs to be transferred.
A pending transfer can also be applied against an allocation
Added Client (Loaded) Terms and Conditions to be printed on the Purchase Orders
Create Date now populated when ‘Add Purchase Order’ is selected. Displays on pdf
[PLM-3098 Purchase Order / Transfers] - Batch numbers were not copying to movements
[PLM-3099 Purchase Order / Pending Transfer] - Ability to apply pending transfer and display correct available balance
[PLM-3100 Sales Order Detail / List View] - Not loading
[PLM-3102 Purchase Orders / Transfer Allocations] - All allocations should display to be selected for transfer
[PLM-3020 Purchase Order /pdf Terms and Conditions] - Client Loaded now has their terms and conditions that print on the pdf.
[PLM-3059 Purchase Order / Create Date] - When a purchase order is created the date is now displayed on the UI and the pdf
[PLM-3107 Purchase Order / pdf / Width attribute] - All components that record the width as ‘useable width’ in the library will now display ‘useable width’ on the pdf
[PLM-3114 Finance / Invoices / pdf] - Client logo now does not overlap Invoice Title
[PLM-3115 Truck Loading List Error] - When transferring inventory if an attribute is missing from the component it will no longer error and the TLL will display with all the data as expected
