New functionality

• [PLM-2726] Debit Notes - Clients can create a debit note for inventory on a purchase order against multiple book ins.
• Price per unit is calculated and pre-filled. This can be edited if required.
• Price per unit is rounded to 4 decimal places.
• Freeform text reason can be applied to debit note.
• A debit note can now be cancelled up until the point of issue. The inventory will then display as available again.
• VAT rates can be modified on creation of the debit note.
• Pdf modified to accommodate multiple entries.
• [PLM-3179] Technology and Production List Views / Fit Log – New column to display how many fit logs have been added to a Production Order. This is for the Client to be able to monitor how many fits are being completed and review with Customers for improvement.
• [PLM-3197] Front End Security Improvements - ESLint and Karma updated.
