Bug fixes

  • Sales Order - When creating a repeat and adding a new variant you no longer have to refresh the screen to create the production Order
  • Sales Order - When repeating a sales order, the action ‘add delivery’ no longer requires a user to apply a refresh
  • Sales & Production Order - When Ex Delivery date is populated in either screen both are updated
  • Sales Order - Delivery tab entered data now maintains in screen
  • Production Order - Product Id’s can be edited in the Delivery tab and an error message will display if a docket is created without delivery drops being selected. Message displays ‘You need to select at least one delivery to create a docket’
  • Production Order/General - Cut date now maintains on first entry
  • Production Order/ Delivery - When adding the confirmed factory, the Country of Origin will display as set up in Contacts/Factories
  • Production Processing - Book In cannot be created without a location as this was causing issues when debit notes were trying to be created
  • Production Processing - Book In, when entering a date for the movement it now maintains in the screen
  • Docket - The correct delivery date now displays on the docket as 1st Del Date
  • Invoice - An invoice can no longer be created if the selling price is blank in the costing tab
  • Finance/Debit Note - List View quantity and price now display
  • Technology/Grading - once a graded component is completed it will now always show on the Production Order
  • Component - Create a variant error message no longer displays and fields are copied from main component i.e. Colour/Price/Currency/Per/Unit

New functionality

  • All List views Improvements
    1. The Image size is consistent so will not affect the row height
    2. Alternate rows are greyed out
    3. The number of pages of data is clearer
    4. The sorting arrow on columns now displays on the left
    5. Column width standardised to reflect data displayed
  • Sales Quotes/Costings - Selling prices only display up to 2 decimals and fixed rounding rules to display more accurate value
  • Sales Quote/Costing - Packing Method will now display Flat or Hanging in the drop down
  • Sales Order - Each delivery can have a different Delivery date. As an additional delivery is added the date is copied down from the original drop but can then be edited as required
  • Production Processing/Book out - Users now select which movements they want included in the Invoice
